Dr. Jon Cohen M.D., the author of the "Get Google Pay-Per-Click Ads Free" ebook, claims to know the secret to getting  Google ads for free.  He personally claims to have received $87 million dollars worth of PPC advertising for free; resulting in $314 millions dollars in product sales!  Now, whether "Get Google Pay-Per-Click Ads Free" is a scam, ripoff, or the real thing, you'll have to read on to find out.
Technically, "Get Google Pay-Per-Click Ads Free" is a bit misleading as you will not get Google Ads for free...you will, however, get Google Ads "free" if, and that's a big if,  you monetize the web pages your ads points to in such a manner that your advertising costs are covered.  The secret is in how to monetize the web pages.  And no, the secret is not Google PPC arbitrage.
The problem with the method is that to implement the methods specified in the ebook, you need quite a bit a money to start as you will have to make extremely high bids on expensive keywords upfront.  Not only that, it is extremely risky because if you don't implement the trick just right, you may end up with big advertising bill that you can't pay.  While Dr. Cohen may easily recover from mistakes like that, I doubt the beginning internet marketer can.
Is "Get Google Pay-Per-Click Ads Free" a scam? No.  Is it worth buying for the average consumer?  The Discriminating Consumer doesn't think so....maybe buy if you are an advance internet marketer and you can withstand a potentially substantial loss.
